So if you have replaced the ignition igniter, then have the coil checked at an auto parts store. If indeed the coil is bad make sure there is a good ground on the mounting of the coil, you would want to clean the mounting surfaces.
Also if the coil is not the issue then the timing belt would need to be checked. Possible bad timing belt.
What is the best way to check the timing belt
If the belt is stripped, take the distributor cap off and turn the engine over to see if the rotor spins.
But, All Honda engines are interference except 3.0L & 3.2 which are Non-interference.
