Replacing rim and tires on a 2001 suburban 1500

Asked by Echo_2077 Jan 19, 2017 at 09:34 PM

Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2001 suburban 1500 with 16 inch rims. I'm
looking to buy tires and someone with a 2016
suburban upgraded his 18" stock wheels and has
them for sale (rims and tires)
I need to know if they will fit my truck without any
issues? Please help!!!

With not fit your rim size is 6.5Jx16 ET31 and the 2016 is 7.5Jx17 ET31standard but they were a few different rims offered as a option and the max wheel size is 17" you may need to lift the truck.

I think they will fit but you will probably need 60 series tires instead of 70 series tires.
