1995 gmc sierra 5.0 L

Truck has fire turns over but doesn't crank but I
can hear fuel pump come on BC I just changed the
fuse relay. Truck is trying to prime it self I think.
Any help

Fuel pressure should be 9 to 13 lbs. threw the TBI. What happens is the fuel regulator in the TBI the spring in there gets weak. You can get a rebuild kit for this. Check the fuel pump itself by dead head fuel pressure check. It should have a good 13 lbs. or more.
