There is a gear switch, speed sensor at the tail shaft, drive line, you will also need to get a processor for the stick shift or send your processor out to get reprogrammed for a stick shift. Your best bet is to buy a donor truck with the transmission you want and transfer the equipment to your truck. Not an easy job but I have seen it done.

Why not just buy another one that is already a manual?
