Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 97 tahoe. Was driving down the rode and it died like I was running out
of gas. Towed it home tried to start it now it will roll over and not stay running.
Also sounds like the motor is going to fall out of the truck. Does anyone have
any ideas, I'm lost with.

Start by checking the fuel pressure at the Schrader Valve up on the intake manifold. Hard starting or no starting can be caused from a bad fuel pump. Fuel pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. Also check the spark, it should be white in color. If there is a weak spark you could have the same symptoms.
