Wont go over 50 mph

Have a 1999 e-150 6cyl that won't go over 50 mph
.van starts good has a good idle but doesn't have
any pick up and wine's out to shift . van ran good
and all of a sudden it has no power .it was missing
and I put tune up on it and now it still rubs and
idles good and revs good but in gear has no power
any suggestions
