No power! Engine cranks

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I was driving and made a sharp turn. My battery was in
the trunk and wasent secure enough. My battery terminals
touched metal and made a big spark. Now my car cranks
but won't start. My car reads no power but when I
checked how many volts my battery had it read 12.4 volts.
I checked the fuses and only my headlight and rear
headlights are blown, no other fuses are blown just those
two. Battery is 1 years old, positive and negative cables
are brand new from 4 months ago. No rust or corrosion
anyone have anything that can help me please!

You don't say what car you have but I suspect there is a main fuse or circuit breaker that was tripped.

You know how much that would cost to fix? Just looked at my fuses under my steering wheel and none of them turn on
