Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2007 Chrysler town and country and the
gauges go crazy while I am driving and the trac off
flickers what do I do

1 Answer

More than likely, you have a fault with an ABS wheel sensor. There are 4 ABS sensors, one per wheel that can cause the trac off light to come on. This is very likely and is not a very expensive repair. Probably the part between $75-$150 and less than one hour to replace. You could get unlucky and it maybe an ABS module that is expensive and really not worth fixing on such an old van. If you live in a state that does not have much snow fall or repeated could just ignore it and live with it. This is not an advice on what to do... but just an option on how to manage a nearly 10 year old vehicle on a budget. Good luck, George
