Serpentine belt

I have 05 lincoln la 3.9, the belt keeps
rolling off the alternator ripped 3 belts
and took out crank seal twice,saw it
tonight trying to roll off alternator,any
ideas why

Check the crank harmonic balancer probably the rubber insert is broken worn out need to replace it

Also check the belt tensioner. If it's weak it'll allow the belt to possibly shift and fall off. HTH. -Jim
