Why don't my car have a overflow resivor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 98 Deville don't have a overflow resivor, just a
hose that comes off the tank you pour the anti
freeze into. So, sometimes when I'm parked it
leaks anti freeze from the hose. There is anti freeze
in there, and the car don't over heat. Is this
normal???

I just bought the car, the car lot said they topped off all the fluids. I don't think its coming out of the top, I think its coming out of hose. It's not smoking or anything, like if it was over heating. I just noticed anti freeze under my car a few times. Any suggestions?
