My 2002 1.9 Liter Saturn sl. 5 speed had the clutch replace a few months ago and was driving great till today when it started slipping bad, any idea why it would just start slipping, no warnings??

The clutch is probably bad but you might have oil contamination from a leaking rear main seal.
