I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500  v6 short
bed can it pull a 25 foot fifth wheel that
weights 6100.

It could but would need heavier compact tires and some heavier leaf springs in the back

I wouldn't, you don't have enough truck there to safely pull a trailer that size, you need a least a 3/4 ton.

Thanks. I put towing package shocks and in the process of putting 10 ply tires.
