I have a 2011 Silverado 1500 4x4 4.8 oil pressure idle 20
down the road 40 cold 60

Internal engine wear like bearings, rods or crankshaft. Probably not what you wanted to hear

I agree with above answer but there is something you can try with no promises change oil and add some Lucas Engine Oil Stablizer like I said may or may not help but it is worth a try.
