Used Vehicle Registration and Taxes in AZ

When buying a Used Vehicle in Arizona, are the Taxes and/or Registration
cheaper if buying from a Private Party vs Dealership?? I've heard that there is
no Sales Tax when purchasing and then registering a Used Vehicle in AZ if
that vehicle was purchased from a Private Party/Individual. Is this correct?
