My cars wants to turn on but it won't it'll
only turn on when I pres the gas pedal but
as soon as I let it go it cuts of after doing
his a few times the car starts smoking and
I've seen water underneath the car is a
Audi A6 Quattro 1999

Locate the leak, and repair, there is no need to crank it and drive it until leak location is confirmed and repaired.
