Looking to purchase used multi-purpose vehicle. Large cargo space that can be kept cold for food delivery. City delivery, needs to be reliable, dependable, durable, easy to repair and maintain.

Must keep out of shop and on road for business. Also good comfort and
drive-ability to drive distances between offices in other states. Also good to
drive clients around, 3 or 4 adult business passengers plus cargo space.
Best gas millage possible, preferably hybrid, all for hopefully under
$20,000.00. I know that is asking a lot, does anything come close to
meeting all my needs?

Your use of the term "multi-purpose" is very vague. For what purposes? How much cargo space? Based on what you stated in your question I believe you are looking for a "unicorn" vehicle. A mythical vehicle that does everything, costs almost nothing to purchase or run and never breaks down.
