Fault 0157 in chrysler 300

I have fault 0157 in my 2007 chrysler 300. Can
someone please tell me that how to fix that fault.

P0157= Oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2 voltage low. First check for exhaust leaks. But if their are no leaks then you probably need that sensor
