Tail lights

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2004  Chrysler Town and Country passenger
side tail light works when you turn the head lights
on but the backup light, turn signal and brake light
does not work.  Also the brake light on the tailgate
won't work either.    The tail light assembly and
lights have been changed and all are new but to no
avail.   Any suggestions?
