Is the price the dealers advertise on
your site a negotiable price like
MSRP? Or is it like a no haggle price
with no room for negotiation?

Dealer and seller prices are always "asking price", so negotiate downward. All dealers want your money, so do your research on how much the car is worth by comparables and online guides. Have the car inspected thoroughly and price it according to current condition. If you don't feel comfortable paying what they are asking, walk and find another.
