Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my 2002 Toyota Camry
Clicks and sounds like it wants too start
But won't kick over to start..I checked the
battery was fine..had a mechanic tell me it
could be the timing belt but reading some of
the review and comments I'm not sure to
believe if it's the timing belt or starter
connections or spark plus help

1 Answer

Remove starter and have tested before saying it is the timing belt. Hear is something you can try doing sometimes it works and sometimes not but try tapping on starter with hammer while having someone try starting vehicle at the sametime if vehicle starts replace starter.
