via usb and/or Bluetooth from an iPhone or an

No,the stereo does not have a hard drive,

Really,a virus can only stay where there is a lot of memory,and your stereo does not have that much space,nor hard drive capabilty for virus to enter,but if your phone is hooked in on it and your phone has virus it will mess with the stereo as long as phone is linked.
