What is the lug/bolt pattern on my 1989
Dodge Ram charger and what kind of tires
and rims should I put on it

Check with your locate tire store they like selling rims and tires! and a decent one will try fitting what ever you want (within parameters) Correct offset and bolt pattern for fitment. A good shop is always willing to provide good service if not walk out.
