How to replace a water
pump and now I'm
having alternator
issues will not charge
will not hold 13/2 volts
showing hot out of
quarter inch wire and
two leads out of
alternator what could
it be

Iv put two different alternators on it for a few seconds I had over 13 v know just drain

Had replace water pump know alternator want change


Start the engine and measure the voltage at the battery terminals. It should be in the mid 13 volt to the mid 14 volt range. If not charging go back over your work from changing the water pump. Did you route the serpentine belt correctly? Is the belt tight? Are any electrical connections you may have disturbed clean and tight?
