99 Dodge Ram 1500

The motor will turn over but it's not getting
fire. It started until we changed all fuses
and relays. Now it won't start.

Then you have located the problem area go back and double check all the fuses and relays you replaced.. Why did you replace all the fuses and relays? everything was running "good" before? What was the fuel pressure at the fuel rail use a gauge read the PSI ,again make sure you didn't cut power to the circuit and turn the fuel off. Regards
