Question type: Car Customization

OK I have an 03 Dakota it has a 3.9 5speed manual
transmission. I found another Dakota same year with the
v8 4x4 transmission. My question is will my 3.9 mount right
up to it and work just fine or..?

My next question would be since I have a 5spd 2wheel drive trans and my new truck has and auto 4x4 trans can I swap the trans out to make it a 5speed and keep the 4 wheel drive will the transfer case work
