The coolant in the radiator and most of the block has already run out. You just need to crank (not start) the engine and observe any added coolant that will come out of the hose connection. Then remove the coolant from the reservoir connected to the radiator cap fitting (small dia hose). Then reconnect the hoses and fill the system. Leave the radiator cap off and bring the engine up to temp and observe coolant flow at the cap. When no air is being purged, put the cap on and pressurize the system. at temp, fill the reservoir to the "full hot" line on it and you're done.
