Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My right blinker is sounding that fast blink like its
about to go, only it already has. Bulb is good but,
no blink. Brake light is also not working on the right
side. Replaced bull, no change. Can't figure out
fuses .

play around with the turn signal switch/tilt wheel/lube in there..

Does the tilt/blinker switch typically effect the rear lights? After replacing 2 bad bulbs, fixing one bulb socket that wasn't secured properly, and (per my Haines manual) fiddling with the brake switch on the brake pedal , I discovered there is no cabin fuse box, only the one under the hood. Without my own means to check current in those fuses and relays, it was so upsetting to realize that NO rear lights on the right side are working! Tail, brake, blinker, hazard, backup..all dead. And I don't understand what your suggesting I do.
