Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I know my glow plugs are bad because it won't
start if she's been sitting. regardless of
temperature. So I've had no choice but to plug it in
at night morning starts right up. But now I go to
start it and it just makes a whining sound when I
turn the key and nothing but if I turn it over a few
times eventually it will start :( so I took the starter
out and O'Reillys did a test and said it work just
fine so my question is what should I do next ....
take the fly wheel out and check it or I don't know
what else to do!!! Anything helps thanks a million
