Won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi left my key turned on in the ignition last
night in my 2006 Dodge Magnum.   I tried
jumping it and I also attached the charging
station to it for over 2 hours.   For some
reason it still won't turn over.  The lights
come on.   I'm wondering if it's just a fuse
before I go and purchase a brand new
battery.   Can anyone help with this

Have you reset the anti-theft system? When battery voltage is lost it set itself to the active side, so you need to reset it as it shows in the owners manual.
