Starting issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok I have a 93 3000gt vr-4 and I had a guy
put a 99 motor in it. So good motor (
guessing so ) he changed injectors tank
fuel pump flushed lines checked ptu and
ecu and still nothing is he over looking
something? Engine runs on ether but won't
fire on her own
