If you buy a $1000 car, you get what you pay for, and you are most likely getting other guy's problems. Think about it, any 191k miles car is bound to have serious problems just waiting to show up, why bother? Save couple thousands of dollars and at least buy yourself at east $3000 car, anything else is just asking for trouble and waste of time and money.
