Means something is wrong with the ABS system, you can get the code read that would save a lot of time searching for the problem, 9 times out of 10 it would be a wheel sensor.

Rowefast, is exactly right! The ABS system means Antilock Brake System, an when the light is on your vehicle you don't have antilock brakes. Your vehicle is working off regular brake system. Wheel sensor will more then likely be the problem.
