Car won't turn over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn the ignition the starter doesn't
engage, I've tested the starter, neutral safety
switch, both are good.everything works,
door bell, lights, door locks, radio. The
engine just won't turn. Is it in the ignition
switch. Any help will be appreciated

Ya, possible ignition switch, long as the battery is good and has good connections. Don't know what kind of car this is but there usually a small wire that runs to the starter that power would run threw when you turn the key to the start position.
