I have a 2007 c180 mercedes benz the top up coolant light is coming on but the coolant level is full. Can there be something wrong with the sensor or what can be wrong?

It could be the sensor, as it detects the coolant level. Check the connection first on the sensor, move it around to see if it goes out.
