Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1999 Lincoln town car. Sat for 4 years.
Noticed fuel pump wasn't running. So I
replaced the fuel pump and still won't start.
Use starting fluid car started for a couple
moments. Checked for fuel at the fuel rail
there is. Undetermined how much fuel
pressure because I don't have a tool. But it
does squirt out.
