I want to buy. 01 Ford Mustang. The seller
says that the check engine light comes on
and an autozone code reader says " intake
leak" how much would I pay to fix it ?

Generally if it gives a code it will usually say more than that ,especially at AutoZone their scanners are cheap. But at least ask him what the code or codes were .Best bet is to get the exact code one of fords intake leak codes is PO171 and that could just mean MAF sensor that needs to be cleaned and or oxygen sensor depending on if it's throwing a bank code, so you need to find out if it says the leak is after that MAF Sensor. First you need the code and you can narrow it down .
