I'm looking for a good first car under $5000, I'd
prefer it to be a manual, rwd, and come with a
decent amount of horsepower, please help

Toyota, Honda, but they are not rear wheel drive. A Ford Mustang might fit the bill for RWD, but not as reliable as the import brands.
