Paying a car with iTunes cards?

I received an email that said I had bought a car on this site. To do the
payment it said I needed to buy iTunes cards totaling out what the car was
priced at, scratch off the back and send a picture of the codes with a picture
of the receipt that I bought the cards with. Then they would start the process
of sending me the car to try out for 7 days. Is this true or is someone trying to
scam me?

Your totally getting scammed dude. Cash is king in America
