Catylitic Converter and 02 Sensor

I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner with 100,000 miles.
It needs a new Catalytic Converter and 02 sensor.
Pep Boys quoted me $1750 for the job. Is that
high?

Seems high to me. I would try an exhaust shop they have better options and know what works and what don't. You don't have to go with factory parts.
