Chevy running problems

I have a. 1992 chevy 28th the tbi v6 idles great in
park and you can hold it to the floor and runs great
but right when you put it in drive or revere it wants
to die or have no power at all someone help me
plz!

You may have a locked up torque converter. Try to get it to a trany shop to have it looked at.
