Got a 99 s 10 with a 2 2L and when you start driving it sounds like it has a supercharger but it dont what is it and how can I fix it??? (/0-0)/

It sounds like the fan clutch. This would be normal as long as at some point the sound goes away. It will kick in when the engine gets to a certain temperature, and some times when you first start it.
