Do I have to pay full coverage insurance for used car?

If I buy a used car and make payments on it do I
realy have to pay full coverage insurance for it?

Yes, as long as there is a loan/lien on the car you have to carry comprehensive and collision.

The bank requires that their collateral be protected so yes, you do need to carry full coverage, often with limits on how high of a deductible you can have.
