I have a 1997 silverado and I'm not getting fuel for truck to run. when I
purchased the truck I was told the O2 sensor had to be changed. I drove it off
and on for two weeks before this happened

No. While the O2 sensor may need to be changed, it only has impact on the mixture of fuel and air that enters the engine. If you are getting no flow it is probably related to something else like the fuel pump or a plugged filter.
