What can cause the starter to go out in a Mazda 626 2000 after replacing transmission an starter? An the car is accelerating when I turn it on

Probably just a bad rebuild job on the starter. It happens a lot more than you know.

Clearly the accelerating problem, while driving or idling?

While idling and no it was put on by a machanic and when we drive I now the wheel shacks an it shutters when we go to take off or accelerate

A shudder can be a solenoid in the trans if it is new then there should be a warranty, take it back and have it checked out before it really ruins something.
