car cuts out after start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I left my lights on for about
40min(unintentional) shut them off, then
turned key to see if it would start. It was
weak and did not turn over. The next
morning I went to start truck and it turned
over but, cut out almost immediatly..I did
several more attempts and same happened.
If I hold the gas pedal down she rev's but as
soon as I release it, she shuts down..
