Acura MDX vs. Volvo XC90
With frequent family visits and carpool we are
currently looking at switching to a three row SUV.
We were pretty set on purchasing a MDX until we
saw the push button transmission shifter at the
dealership last week. Just can't see myself ever
getting used to that and after watching your
YouTube review I am convinced. We were hoping
the new 2017 model might rid of it but it sounds like
it's here to stay. Although the second row captin
seat option does sound appealing with two car
seats. We are now considering the Volvo XC90 as
well. A little more than what we would like to pay
but it does have a normal gear shifter. What does
concern is reliability and resell value of the XC90.
Read several articles that the new XC90 is suppose
to help bring back sales for Volvo in North America
but I've also read that Volvo is a dying brand here.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!
Volvo isn't a dying brand since Geely bough them in 2010.
