Car trouble

I have an 88nissan 300zx, it won't start, I have fuel-
spark- strong battery. I was driving 70mph and in a
blink of eye, it shut down, it rotates but it won't
start.

if you have fuel and spark you may have lost a timing belt/chain. also, is your spark good and blue? if your spark is weak, you may just need a tune up. also, check all fuses and relays in the vehicle.
