2002 honda civic limp mode issue

My 02 civic is in limp mode. The immobilizer key is flashing
and the temperature gauge doesnt work. The car starts and
drives but wolnt go over 2500 rpms. Just wanted to know if
anyone knows how to fix this issue.

find out why the gauge is not working, the body control unit may need to know the temperature to function proper
