99 keep Cherokee tail light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Left tail light stays in the brake light position (bright
red) the right tail light does not light up when
braking (light but dim) but stays in the running light
position.  Checked contacts and brake switch,  
thoughts?

either a bulb or a bad ground.

I second Rowefast.. Looks like a grounding issue..
