spark problem

Hey I have mercedes benz w202 with c220
engine. Plug number three doen't spark I
replaced plugs and even when I attach the
plug wire to the body does not spark but all
3 plugs works just fine and I replaced the
wire too plss I need help I love my car very
much

Would there be a separate coil for this cylinder? May be bad? And when testing are you going up against a clean ground? Not trying to check against paint?
